Construction of the mixed-use $128m Al Taif Business Centre is nearly complete, Al Taif Investment has announced. The final touches on fit-out are progressing at pace and the mall works are likely to be complete later in Q1. Al Taif Investment is a JV between Dubai Investments and Fujairah Investment Establishment. According to a statement, the project is spread across two towers of 19 floors each and comprises the mall and the office tower, and the hotel and hotel apartments tower. The project is located within Fujairah City adjacent to Hamad Bin Abdulla street, and is said to be just five minutes away from Fujairah International Airport.
