ROCHESTER, N.Y. — To thank the people of Monroe County for their hard work, the county is offering various discounts on local attractions and activities in what they are calling “Leisure for Less” week.
From Sept. 1-7, admission prices will be reduced at the Seneca Park Zoo, green fees at Monroe County golf courses and temporary food vendor permit fees will be reduced or waived.
At the zoo, admission will be reduced to $11 per person, $10 for senior citizens and $9 for youth. The county says food permit fees will be waived at “high and medium risk and low risk service establishments.”
Here is a list of all the discounts at golf courses being offered throughout the first-seventh, available at Durand Eastman, Genesee Valley, and Churchville golf courses:
Weekday rates
$11 for nine holes and $14 for 18 holes.Weekend rates
