DENVER (KDVR) — Police responded to the University of Colorado Boulder's Norlin Library on Monday evening.
The CU Boulder Police Department issued a campus-wide shelter-in-place at about 4:50 p.m.
The agency said that emergency personnel were responding and asked individuals to avoid the area.
