COLUMBIA, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — An active shooter has been reported on at the University of South Carolina's Columbia campus.
The shooting was reported at the Thomas Cooper Library.
School officials say the suspect is a white male with black pants and approximately six feet tall. He is believed to be still in the area.
Officials are asking everyone to avoid the area and seek safe shelter.
