GREECE, N.Y. – A 63-year-old man is dead after a hit-and-run crash late Friday night, Aug. 22, in Greece.
According to Greece Police, the incident happened just after 11:30 p.m. on English Road. Police say Frankie Spencer hit the victim and took off.
About an hour later, police say Spencer returned to the scene. He has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident and driving while impaired.
