Per Mendocino Farms’ website, the eatery is a “fast-casual restaurant” known for “turning sandwiches, salads and more into an unexpected culinary adventure.”
The exact date of opening has not yet been announced. However, Mendocino Farms’ website said the restaurant will be open in October.
The address is 1919 Shattuck Ave., near Marugame Udon.
Mendocino Farms has opened multiple Bay Area locations recently, including San Jose, Vacaville and Santa Rosa. The establishment is currently only available in five states: Washington, Texas, Colorado, Illinois and California.
