Fire prompts heavy emergency response presence in Fulton Market

A large response from police and fire officials was seen in the Fulton Market area of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood Thursday evening.

Around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, police and fire officials responded to fire on the 800 block of West Randolph Street in Chicago’s Fulton Market area, authorities said.

    Pictures and videos on social media showed a large response from police and fire departments at a building near the intersection of West Randolph Street and North Peoria Street in the Fulton Market District of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.

    Video on Citizen App show fire trucks at the scene with ladders stretching to the roof of the building housing Leña Brava and Cruz Blanca BrewPub.

    No one was injured, fire officials said.
