1000-LB. Sisters star Tammy Slaton has revealed she’s much happier after her physical transformation, and she’s not stopping anytime soon.
The TLC star added a new set of teeth to the list of procedures she’s endured following her drastic weight loss.
On Tuesday, Tammy, 38, appeared on the Creative Chaos podcast to show off her pearly whites thanks to her new veneers.
Clips from the podcast were shared on its official Instagram page, where the TV personality talked about her upgraded smile.
Tammy couldn’t stop giggling and showcasing her new look after host Hunter Ezell encouraged her to show them off.
She then explained that the teeth are temporary, though cemented in her mouth due to her body “rejecting” them with the initial glue used to hold them in place.
The reality star also revealed she had several teeth pulled and replaced with a dental bridge, though there’s a long way to go to achieve her goal results.
“I’m still getting more done, but it’s a process,” Tammy shared.
SUPPORTIVE FANS
The comments flooded with fans’ praise for the star, especially after she took a swipe at those who’ve criticized her journey.
“Haters make me famous,” Tammy laughed on the podcast while speaking about the backlash she’s received over the years.
“Killing the game, Tammy!!!!” one person applauded.
“You are so awesome, Tammy!!!? Such an inspiration,” said another.
“You are just glowing, and I am here for it!” a third echoed.
Much of the negative chatter has been surrounding her unhealthy habits before and after her 500-pound weight loss.
However, these days, she appears like a completely different person, largely credited to her skin removal surgery, which fans saw the results of on the Season 7 finale earlier this summer.
Some viewers believed Tammy’s glow-up made her sister Amy, who’s also struggled with her weight, jealous based on her reaction during the episode.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star was booked into Crockett County Jail in Tennessee on Monday, September 2.
The TLC star spent her Labor Day at Tennessee Safari Park with her friend Brian Lovvorn and two small children. The drive-through park allows people to feed the zoo animals from their cars. A staffer at the zoo called 911, claiming Amy had been bitten by a camel and was bleeding. Police arrived on the scene, where Amy said she was bit and was taken away on a stretcher. Authorities were immediately met with an overwhelming odor from Amy and Brian’s car. They discovered marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms inside the vehicle. Amy and Brian were each arrested and charged with drug possession and child endangerment. They were booked into Crockett County Jail and were released soon after on a $10,000 bond each. Tennessee Safari Park co-owner Claude Conley refuted the claims that Amy had ever been bit.Fans voiced their thoughts on a popular online forum, questioning the support Tammy was getting from her siblings.
However, Amy has also been showing off her slimmer physique lately on social media.
In July, the TV star posted a photo of her donning a skintight red dress during an anniversary date with her fiancé Brian Lovvorn.
According to several outlets, Amy has shed nearly 200 pounds since her 2019 bariatric surgery.
