Jesus Velez from Rochester and Draven Luna from Queens broke into a Redondo Beach home early on Jan. 24, police said. Velez and Luna tied up the homeowners and ran away just moments before officers arrived, officials said.
Officers chased them down and arrested them. The victims had minor injuries.
Velez and Luna were charged with robbery, burglary, and kidnapping.
