For the first time in over 20 years, Rich Eisen will host ESPN’s SportsCenter, the company recently announced. Eisen is slated to host 11 p.m. ET SportsCenter on Monday from Los Angeles after the Cincinnati Bengals at Washington Commanders preseason NFL game.
The Emmy-nominated sportscaster will speak to Joe Buck and Troy Aikman after the game and will be joined in studio by ESPN NFL analyst Mina Kimes. Eisen’s SportsCenter will have highlights, player interviews, expert analysis, and the 2025 NFL season will be previewed.
Eisen previously worked at ESPN from 1996-03. This special appearance coincides with The Rich Eisen Show becoming available on Sept. 2 and Disney and ESPN platforms. The Rich Eisen Show is also streaming live for free on The Roku Sports Channel, through Audacy, or on SiriusXM channel 375, with each broadcast beginning at 12 p.m. ET.
As part of his return to ESPN, Eisen will also appear periodically on other studio shows. Eisen will still also have his current role at NFL Network alongside his ESPN duties.
The 56-year-old Eisen is a New York City native and attended the University of Michigan and Northwestern University prior to his illustrious professional sports broadcasting career.
