Twilight fans hit Chicago over the weekend as they lined up to see some of their favorite stars from the Cullen clan reunite on stage at Fan Expo. Kellan Lutz, who played Emmett Cullen, and Jackson Rathbone, who starred as Jasper Cullen, reunited on stage during one of the panels. While they might not have looked like they hadn’t seen the sun in ages, they were both still as charming as ever.
Lutz, 40, was rocking a casual-cool vibe with a backwards yellow hat, a tan T-shirt underneath a dark blue button-down paired with dark jeans on Sunday, August 17. He sported a watch and his wedding ring, and the beefiest Cullen was looking perfectly approachable. Rathbone, also 40, donned a black and gray plaid button-down shirt over a black T-shirt that he wore with dark jeans. He accessorized with sunglasses tucked into his shirt, and his shoulder-length curly hair framed his face, giving him a laid-back vibe, a far cry from the intensity of his days as Jasper.
Several of the Twilight stars have been making the convention rounds over the years, and in 2024, Lutz revealed that attending the fan expos played a large part in how the cast kept in touch since their days as vampires.

“A lot of life has happened since 16 years ago when we shot the first [Twilight film],” the former FBI: Most Wanted star explained at one of the FR Conventions in September 2024. “A lot of us are married. A lot of us have kids or been really busy with work, like Nikki Reed, she has so many businesses. I moved to Tennessee, Jackson’s in Atlanta, Peter [Facinelli] is in L.A. still.”
He added that several of the cast members, including Ashley Greene, who starred as Alice Cullen, kept up with each other’s day-to-day lives through a group chat.
“The actor’s life is tough because a lot of times you’ll work with people and you’ll build these really intimate bonds, and then you never see them again because they live somewhere else, or they’re working somewhere else,” Lutz continued. “That was the best part about Twilight though. We got to make five movies. It was never, ‘Goodbye,’ it was always, ‘See ya soon!’”
