The mom of seven showed off her toned physique while hitting some upside down yoga moves. She wore a bright orange two piece for the mini workout, proving that her body has bounced back after babies.
However, that's not the only thing that Baldwin has bounced back from. In the caption of her post, she revealed that she underwent hip surgery at age 25.
"Broke my hip when I was 25 and couldn’t walk well for the better part of a year. You can see the scar on the outside of my hip. It took me years to recover and to be quite honest, it will never be the same. Moving for me isn’t just fun, grounding and how I feel good, it’s daily gratitude," she wrote.

Baldwin received a great deal of praise from social media users, with dozens of supportive comments piling up on the post.
"Hilaria you are fantastic, amazing, unbealievable [sic]…I wish I could do 95 % of your exercises," one person said.
"Such a great example of how growing babies doesn’t have to be an end to a healthy in shape body," someone else added.
"It’s incredible w all the children you’ve had my fellow yogi!" a third comment read.
"Hilaria, after having multiple childbirths you are still in unbelievably amazing shape!!.your years of exercise and yoga have served you well my dear," a fourth Instagram user wrote.

Baldwin married actor Alec Baldwin in 2012. They welcomed their first child together in 2013 (Alec has one daughter from his previous relationship with Kim Basinger) and their seventh together in 2022. However, Hilaria seems to be done having babies at this point.
"He's always asking me for more kids," Hilaria told People magazine earlier this year. "They're so cute," Hilaria said of her kids, "but my body's really tired."
