The pop superstar made a surprise appearance on boyfriend Travis Kelce and brother Jason’s hit production.
However, one hour 45 minutes in, the screen cut to black on YouTube, without any notice.
The Bad Blood singer was talking about her new album, titled Life of a Showgirl, when it happened.
Viewers flocked to social media in anger at the abrupt ending.
