DOLLY: A True Original Musical opened last Friday at the Fisher Center of Performing Arts. The 79-year-old entertainer wrote the music and lyrics for the song, and also collaborated with Maria S. The musical is a theatrical retelling of Parton's life and career, starring Katie Rose Clarke, Carrie St. Louis and Quinn Titcomb, who lead the cast as Parton in different phases of her life.
