Kathy Griffin had fans doing a double take during her latest public outing in Los Angeles.
The 64-year-old comedian, who recently admitted to getting her third facelift, looked nearly unrecognizable as she left her morning workout — with only her signature red hair giving away her identity.
In photographs obtained by The Mirror, Griffin sported a casual look, wearing an orange T-shirt paired with dark blue leggings, a matching blue handbag and kitten heels.
She completed the ensemble with stylish oval-shaped sunglasses, maintaining her incognito status while showcasing a noticeably thinner-faced appearance.
The stunning transformation comes just days after Griffin candidly discussed her recent cosmetic work on her "Talk Your Head Off" podcast. The comedian revealed she underwent not only her third facelift but also eyelid and chin surgery.
"It's my third. I know that's so vain!" she candidly admitted. "I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face."
The Emmy-winning star of My Life on the D-List emphasized her priorities. "You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants."

While Griffin's results appear youthful, she didn't sugarcoat the difficult recovery process. "It's painful," she said, dismissing those who downplay the experience. "These b------ that are like, 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful."
Griffin described the post-operative reality in graphic detail. "My first night… there's drains that come out of your chin… It's disgusting. But the vanity takes over."
This latest surgery adds to Griffin's extensive history with cosmetic procedures. Beyond her three facelifts, she's reportedly undergone multiple nose jobs, a brow lift and liposuction — the latter of which she says nearly killed her.
Despite finding it "embarrassing" to share never-before-seen post-surgical photos in her 2009 book, Official Book Club Selection, Griffin believes in transparency.
"I want women to know that this is what lipo looks like," she explains. "Like, are you sure you don't want to just work out a little more?"
