Like recently, when Rare Beauty debuted its first-ever perfume. While the perfume was the star, it was released alongside a line of “innovative” beauty buys.
It's all-new Rare Beauty fragrance layering balms. And fans were so excited about these, they’re already completely sold out on Sephora’s website.
Floral Peony Blossom Rare Fragrance Layering Balm, $19 at Sephora
According to Rare Beauty, these $19 new fragrance layering balms are multi-purpose. Wear them solo, or layer under Rare Beauty’s new perfume for double the impact.
As the brand explains, “you can mix, match and layer to create a signature scent that’s all you."
It comes in four distinct scents—amber vanilla, floral peony blossom, fresh bergamot and woody oak—that creates a unique moment as it melts into skin. When matched with the perfume, shoppers are in for a whole “new dimension while intensifying your fragrance.”
As a bonus, each is cruelty-free and lasts up to 12 hours. Shoppers can pick (or stock on up) balms from a variety of fragrance families: warm and spicy (amber vanilla), florals (floral peony blossom), fresh (fresh bergamot) and earthy and woody (woody oak).

“These layering balms are all about making fragrance fun and personal,” Selena describes.
“I love pairing them with our eau de parfum to match whatever mood I’m in. It completely transforms the way the scent wears and adds dimension in a subtle way,” the star explains.
In one TikTok of the perfume and balms, shoppers were impressed and wanted the duo ASAP.

Although these are already sold out on Rare Beauty's website, the brand fortunately gave fans some hope they’ll see more soon.
