GENEVA, N.Y. — Goodwill celebrated the grand opening of its new store in Geneva Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The first 100 customers to the store received a $10 Goodwill gift card. Goodwill said over 200 people were waiting in line outside before opening.
The new store is at 381 Hamilton Street, the former site of a Tops Friendly Markets.
The new location marks Goodwill’s 14th store in the region and third in Ontario County. Proceeds from thrift sales will support local programs.
Donation hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
