Willem Dafoe appears to have switched up his look for his most recent public appearance.
On Thursday, Aug. 7, the four-time Oscar nominee stepped out for the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland, where he was sporting a totally different look from the last time he stepped out on the red carpet.

In the new photos, Dafoe, 70, looked nearly unrecognizable while rocking a thick, white beard. His salt-and-pepper color hair also appeared to have been grown out, with his shaggy curls sitting in a stylishly messy manner on his head.

He also had shorter hair during the April sighting, where his grey locks were neatly combed back and mostly straight.
During his most recent appearance on Thursday, Dafoe was dressed in a fairly causal outfit, consisting of black pants and a dark red sweater with sleeves rolled up to his elbows.
He was in attendance for a screening of his new movie, The Birthday Party at the film festival, where he was photographed alongside co-star Emma Suarez, as well as the film's director, Miguel Ángel Jiménez.
