ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. — State troopers are looking for Richard Hall from Victor, who may be in need of medical attention.
He is 76 years old and 400 pounds. He last was seen driving a white Chrysler van on Murphy Drive in Victor at around 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6. Investigators say he also was driving on Clara Barton Street in the Village of Dansville in Livingston County at around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 6.
