Expect hazy sunshine on Thursday, but we’re back to dry weather and temperatures hanging out in the mid 80s. Thursday is the final day of Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher University, and the weather looks great!
A big time warm up will begin to take hold on Friday, with temperatures in the mid and upper 80s under a mostly sunny sky. We’ll likely begin another heat wave over the weekend, with highs expected near 90 degrees on Saturday, lower to mid 90s on both Sunday and Monday, and possibly staying in the lower 90s on Tuesday. The only real positive if you aren’t a big fan of the heat, is that the humidity should remain somewhat in check, keeping heat index values in the mid 90s.
As mentioned, our rain chances remain nearly non-existent through the weekend and into at least Monday or Tuesday of next week. There are some signs that an approaching cold front could spark some showers or storms by later Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, but those will be hit and miss. What we really need is an ugly day with a good soaking rain, which just isn’t in the cards for us right now.
