A former Teen Mom star recently expanded her family, and her latest update has fans swooning. Mackenzie McKee and her new husband, Khesanio Hall, recently welcomed twin baby girls. In a recent social media post, McKee showed her older kids meeting their new siblings for the first time, and fans thought it was adorable.
McKee shared the video on both her Instagram and TikTok pages on August 1. In the caption, she wrote, "And..... my heart exploded."
The video showed the Teen Mom star's older three children running through the door and to the couch to see their new baby sisters. As People noted, the kids spent their summer in Oklahoma with their father, former Teen Mom star Josh McKee.
Josh and Mackenzie have three children together. Gannon is 13, Jaxie is 10, and Broncs is 7. As soon as the kids entered the home where they live with Mackenzie and Hall in Florida, they were all about meeting the babies.
The twin girls, Ja'Kharie and Ja'Meikah, were born shortly after the older three kids traveled to Oklahoma. Jaxie was the first of the older kids to reach the babies, and she wasted no time in picking one up to snuggle.
Jaxie was a natural at holding her little sister, and she couldn't stop kissing and caressing her. Broncs greeted the other baby after hugging his mom, and he was a little more reserved.

Gannon was also spotted holding one of the babies a bit later in the video. He struggled to get the positioning just right, and Hall stepped in to gently assist.
Jaxie approached the camera, still holding a baby, and gave a sweet smile and sigh, making it clear that she was head over heels in love.
Teen Mom fans went crazy over the video.
One fan gushed, "Aww so precious. Jaxie was straight in there confidently picking her baby sister up, she looked in her element!"
Another wrote, "Jaxie's sigh at the end. Tears of joy for you and your amazing family!! I agree, your mom is watching from above and so proud of your journey. You are amazing!!!"
Mackenzie's mother, Angie Douthi, died in December 2019.
