West Ham are among the clubs keeping tabs on Raheem Sterling, talkSPORT understands.
Sterling is training with the group of players Chelsea are willing to send out on loan, away from the rest of Enzo Maresca’s first-team squad.
The Blues have made it clear they want to offload Sterling this summer and he and Hammers boss Graham Potter enjoyed a good working relationship at Stamford Bridge.
He scored four goals and added two assists in 20 appearances during Potter’s seven-month Chelsea tenure.
Fulham and Crystal Palace are among the other Premier League sides with an interest in the ex-England international as well as Juventus.
Sterling’s preference would be to stay in London, though, despite a potential exit route to the Italian giants.
The 30-year-old has two years remaining on his Chelsea deal after joining the club from Manchester City in 2022.
Despite an impressive campaign under Mauricio Pochettino two seasons ago, Sterling has yet to make a competitive appearance under Maresca.
Instead, he spent last season on loan at London rivals Arsenal.
Sterling made 28 appearances across all competitions for the Gunners, scoring once and providing five assists.
However, he was limited to just seven Premier League starts as Mikel Arteta’s side finished second behind Liverpool.
Who could leave Chelsea?
Sterling is one of several current Chelsea stars the club are looking to move on this summer.

Meanwhile, Everton have agreed a £30millon deal to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from the Blues.
His exit would be the seventh sale completed by the club during the current window.
More than £130million has already been accrued by Chelsea with the departures of Noni Madueke and Joao Felix contributing the most.
Djordje Petrovic, Mathis Amougou, Bashir Humphreys, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Marcu Bettinelli have also been sold.
West Ham’s summer signings
As for West Ham, they have made four signings already this summer, including Jean-Clair Todibo making his loan from Nice permanent.
Free transfers Kyle Walker-Peters and Callum Wilson have also been joined by Senegal international El Hadji Malick Diouf at the London Stadium.
Meanwhile, Potter’s attack was weakened by the £55million departure of Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham.
His exit has left a gap in the frontline that Sterling could fill ahead of the upcoming campaign.
The four-time Premier League winner has scored 123 career top-flight goals for City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
West Ham begin the season away to newly-promoted Sunderland on August 16.
Their first home fixture in east London is six days later against Chelsea.
