LIVONIA, N.Y. – A man from Livingston County, James Froehlich, has been accused of sexually assaulting three children, prosecutors said.
Froehlich allegedly engaged in multiple sexual acts with two children between 2014 and 2020. He is then accused of committing similar acts with a third child from mid-2023 to January of last year.
Froehlich is facing multiple counts of predatory sexual assault against a child. If convicted, he could face 25 years to life in prison.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30.
