HOPEWELL, N.Y. — Deputies say a man was hospitalized and now faces charges after crashing his car into a house in Hopewell.
Officials say it happened just before 8 a.m. Thursday, and deputies found Sequan Broadus in the yard of the house he crashed into. Broadus was driving a Range Rover and crashed at 3194 Routes 5 & 20.
Broadus was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in an ambulance and faces a DWAI (driving while ability impaired) charge. He was also ticketed for tinted windows, consumption of marijuana in the car, failure to keep right, speeding, and not wearing a seatbelt.
