PITTSFORD, N.Y. — Oak Hill Country Club will once again play host to one of the world’s most prestigious golf tournaments.
The U.S. Women’s Open Presented by Ally will come to Pittsford in 2037. Oak Hill previously hosted seven men’s professional major championships, the most recent being the PGA Championship in 2023.

This will be the first time women’s major championship golf will come to Pittsford.
In a statement, USGA Chief Championships Officer John Bodenhamer said “Major championship golf is in the DNA of Oak Hill and we are thrilled to bring the U.S. Women’s Open to the club for the first time.”
According to LPGA, the 2037 U.S. Women’s Open will be the seventh one held in New York State.
In the PGA Championship at Oak Hill back in 2023, Northern Ireland native Rory Mcllroy, who has ties to Rochester, tied for seventh.
