ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The 53-year-old man accused of shooting a man in the back of the head on Manor Parkway back in March is due in court Monday.
According to police, 35-year-old Jemell Allen was at a home on Manor Parkway when he got into an argument with Michael Buie, which ended with Buie shooting Allen in the head, police say.
Buie was charged with murder in the second-degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees. Buie pleaded not guilty to his charges back in March.
