ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Looking to catch one of Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra’s shows during their upcoming season? Well tickets for their 2025-26 season go onsale Monday at 10 a.m.
The upcoming season kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, with another show Sunday, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m.
During this season, the orchestra will host their first festival in nearly a decade, starting off with a Beethoven festival in October, and a dance festival with Garth Fagan dance in January.
The orchestra’s “2024 Eclipse Spectacular,” will be reimagined into a new program called “Space!” during this season by Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik. It will feature Troupe Vertigo and Madrigalia.
They will also collaborate with the Eastman School of Music for a celebration of gospel, “Soul Celebration,” conducted by Assistant Conductor Jherrard Hardeman.
