ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 35-year-old man from Rochester has been charged with a DWI after Rochester police say he was involved in a crash with a man on a dirt bike Sunday night.
Police say at around 10 p.m. Sunday, they responded to North Clinton Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a minivan and a dirt bike.
Through investigations, police say the dirt bike and minivan crashed into each other in the area of North Clinton Avenue and Kelly Street. The man on the dirt bike, also a 35-year-old from Rochester, was brought to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
