“Rapid population growth, insufficient construction of new homes due partially to rising construction costs has led to a significant shortage,” Zalupski said. “Not only are we launching sales next month in Hidden Creek, but we have nearly 1,000 home sites in Uplands where we recently launched sales, and other Denver-area communities in the pipeline.”
In total, the company expects to deliver more than 3,200 new home sites across the region this year.
Zalupski said Hidden Creek offers a quiet, peaceful setting with proximity to shopping, dining and schools in Frederick, Firestone and Longmont, along with convenient access to major highways. Homes will feature modern finishes, energy-efficient features and layouts designed for entertaining and everyday living.
Dream Finders Homes is also active in several other communities across northern Colorado including Country Club Reserve (Fort Collins), Farmstead (Berthoud), Mountain Brook (Longmont), Northfield (Fort Collins), Parkside West at Baseline (Broomfield), Reserve at Timberline (Fort Collins), Trevenna (Windsor), Waterfield (Fort Collins) and Uplands (Westminster).
