Kelly Osbourne is mourning the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, several days after his passing.
The iconic Black Sabbath frontman died on Tuesday (July 22), which was first announced by his family in a heartbreaking statement. Kelly, along with her mother Sharon Osbourne and siblings Aimee, Jack and Louis Osbourne, penned an emotional note sharing the news.
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the statement read. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
Now, just two days later, Kelly has shared her own emotional tribute following her her father's death, paying homage to him with the lyrics to his 1972 song "Changes."

"I feel unhappy I am so sad," Kelly wrote in an Instagram story. "I lost the best friend I ever had ?"
Earlier this month, prior to Ozzy's passing, Kelly spoke out about her father's health in a statement. At the time, Kelly addressed speculation surrounding an AI generated video of Ozzy that claimed he was dying.
"There's this video going around on social media and it's supposed to be my dad, but it's AI...It starts out saying, 'I don't need a doctor to tell me that I'm going to die. I know I'm going to die,'" she said on her Instagram Stories.
Kelly continued, "Yes, he has Parkinson’s, and yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be but he's not dying. What is wrong with you?"
In a follow up post, she was also forced to shut down critics who accused her of not knowing how fatal Parkinson's disease can be.
Unfortunately, Ozzy passed away just a few weeks later. Our thoughts continue to be with Ozzy's loved ones during this difficult time.
