ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 25-year-old man stabbed on Bay Street is facing charges in what Rochester Police are calling a “domestic incident.”
Officers arrived around 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday and found the man injured. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.
RPD determined that the man with the stab wounds was the “primary aggressor”. He will be charged with assault and criminal mischief.
