Julio and Luis Soriano are accused of fatally stabbing their cousin, his wife, and their two young children before setting their Knapp Avenue home on fire.
The bodies of Fraime Ubaldo, 30, Marangely Moreno-Santiago, 26, and their children Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, 4, and Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno, 2, were discovered in the basement of their home.
Julio Soriano was arrested days after the crime, while Luis Soriano was arrested in June in the Dominican Republic.
Luis Soriano is scheduled for a pre-arraignment conference, and Julio Soriano has a hearing set for Wednesday.
