DENVER (KDVR) -- Police in Castle Rock said they are investigating an overnight shooting in the area of Castle Rock Parkway and Castlegate Drive North, after a fight broke out during a party.
The Castle Rock Police Department said its officers were dispatched to an apartment community at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, following multiple calls about shots being fired after a fight broke out in the parking lot.
Police say the incident occured after a fight broke out at a party. One person was shot and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while two people who were not shot were also transported with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
