ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two people have been arrested after a shooting on North Clinton Avenue on Wednesday night.
Michael Garcia, a 48-year-old City of Rochester resident, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
Garcia is additionally charged with criminal Possession of a weapon in the second and third degree and prohibited use of a weapon.
Amber VanDuser, a 35-year-old Fairport resident, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
Officers observed a Honda CRV that was involved in a shots fired incident on July 15, around 10 p.m.
Officers stopped the car and took two people into custody. Inside the vehicle, officers found a revolver, various calibers of ammunition, and evidence relating to the incident. No one was hurt.
Both people were transported to the Monroe County Jail and are expected to be arraigned on July 17 in Rochester City Court.
