The 2025 ESPY Awards, hosted by Shane Gillis, takes place Wednesday, July 16, live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Some of the world’s best athletes and biggest stars join ESPN for the star-studded ceremony to relive highlight moments of the year in sports, honor leading athletes and performances, and bring together the sports industry’s fan favorites and biggest stars.
But before the awards are handed out, the stars make their way down the red carpet glammed up for the big night — and Parade takes you there.

Walking the carpet are Angela Bassett, Alison Brie, Rob Mac, Billie Jean King, Leslie Jones, Russell Wilson, Pat McAfee, Brooks Nader, Russell Westbrook, Flau’jae Johnson, Lindsey Vonn, Matthew Stafford, Trinity Rodman, Druski, Anthony Ramos, Chris Berman, Elle Duncan, Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit, Jon Jones, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Gabby Thomas and more.
The night also features special musical performances from Grammy-nominated rapper Busta Rhymes, acclaimed hip-hop duo Clipse, and rising rap superstar GELO, along with a powerful In Memoriam tribute led by Grammy-nominated artist and multi-hyphenate Tobe Nwigwe featuring David Michael Wyatt.
Former WNBA player Diana Taurasi and former USWNT player Alex Morgan will be presented with the Icon Award in recognition of their incredible careers and significant impact on the world of sports.
The 2025 ESPYS airs live tonight on ABC at 8 p.m. ET and also streams on ESPN+ in pattern with ABC airings across time zones. The ESPYS will also be available to stream on-demand the next day on Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+.
