During her most recent pop-up performance in Rome on July 12, Cher shocked concertgoers with a total hair switch-up. While the performance itself was out of this world, her new look was just as magical.
The iconic singer, known for her signature jet-black locks, donned gorgeous blonde mermaid curls at the 2025 Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda event. We're so used to seeing her dark-haired aesthetic that we almost couldn't recognize her. But the honey-blonde beachy waves were the perfect look for the beginning of her performance.
Cher posted images of the set on Instagram, and her fans could not get enough. The singer also donned a sleek and bedazzled green jumpsuit, completed with a black jacket and corset top.

The switch wasn't permanent, however. Halfway through the evening, the singer removed the blonde wig and reverted to her classic pitch black waves, styled in a middle part and paired with a stunning lingerie-style jumpsuit.
While she stuns in the blonde locks, as she did at the SNL 50th anniversary celebration in February, it seems like she's not quite ready to let go of her black curls just yet.
