Parents, this one’s for you! Country superstar Sam Hunt recently opened up about how having three kids has shifted his focus away from the gym.
Speaking with “Taste of Country Nights,” The “Liberty” singer, 40, admitted he’s got more of a “dad bod” these days—but he’s embracing it for the time being!
"It makes me feel like … you know, and that's why you're asking me,” Hunt laughed, adding, "I'm taking this year off. Maybe my New Year's resolution will be to get back in it and get back to the gym."

Hunt and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, share daughter Lucy Louise, son Lowry Lee, and son Weyman Allen.
Hunt and Fowler, 39, welcomed Weyman in May of this year.
"They're good," he told Taste of Country when asked how his family was doing. "A little sleep deprived. Our most recent child got here in May, so he's finally starting to sleep a little better."
Hunt continued, "We got spoiled with the first two — they were fairly easy — but Weyman, my third one, Weyman's his name, he likes to beat to his own drum, I guess you could say.”
Before Weyman's springtime arrival, Hunt opened up about his feelings on being a father of three under 3 years old. “It’s about to get real,” he said in November 2024. “I’m elated, can’t wait!”
As for his two older kids, Hunt and Fowler did their best to prepare them for Weyman—even if they didn't quite understand! “We talk about it. I say, 'Mama has a baby on the way, and we’ll point to her belly, and she says, ‘No. I have a baby on the way.'"
