Larry David and Barack Obama are teaming up for a hilarious new sketch comedy show. The unlikely duo, who are producing the new show together, made the announcement Thursday, much to the delight of Curb Your Enthusiasm fans hoping to see more of the beloved and cranky comic on TV.

In a Variety exclusive, the pair revealed they’ve partnered for a sketch comedy show on American history. David will co-write the series with Curb Your Enthusiasm alum Jeff Schaffer, and he’ll star in the six-episode series set to air on HBO. Barack and Michelle Obama will serve as executive producers on the show through their Higher Ground production company.

On the show’s announcement shared to Variety’s Instagram, one fan wrote, “Whatever Larry wants to do I’m all in,” while another added, “This should be good.”
