JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Transportation warns drivers to slow down after a crash was caught on camera.
The NYSDOT says on Tuesday, July 9, a vehicle clipped a white pickup truck on I-81, sending it toward a roadside mower.

As mowing season continues, the NYSDOT wants to remind drivers to slow down and give workers room when they see these signs. They say mowing the area along the roadside is done for the safety of motorists. The NYSDOT urges drivers to maintain a safe distance from these slow moving vehicles during your travels.
