MEDINA, N.Y. — A 39-year-old man from Medina has pleaded guilty to having child pornography.
Investigators say in July of 2020, they found more than 4,000 pictures and videos on Kyle Stack’s phone. They found 9,000 more on his laptop.
Stack pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
His sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 7, 2025.
