Kylian Mbappe has been singled out after Real Madrid’s heavy defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Spanish giants were dumped out of the Club World Cup on Wednesday night.
Goals from Ousmane Dembele, Goncalo Ramos and two from Fabian Ruiz saw PSG ease into the final at the MetLife Stadium.
Following the match, French media outlet L’Equipe have released their player ratings.
Their brutal review of the Real Madrid performance saw Mbappe branded ‘non-existent’ after a difficult night against his former club.
The 26-year-old was handed a 3/10 rating by the publication as they ripped into his side’s performance.
Describing both the forward and Real Madrid’s display, the piece read: “Like Kylian Mbappé, the Merengues were non-existent.”
It had been Mbappe’s first meeting with PSG since leaving the club for the Spanish capital.
Despite scoring 44 goals in 59 appearances for Los Blancos, just one of those came at the Club World Cup.
Meanwhile, he was unable to provide a goal or assist against the rampant treble winners in New Jersey.
Instead, PSG made history after racing into a two-goal lead inside nine minutes.
Luis Enrique’s side had added a third by the 24th minute before Ramos added a fourth goal late on.

Reacting to the defeat, new manager Xabi Alonso explained: “They have been building for two years and we are just starting so we will take time.
“We will have to learn from today, but the feeling at the moment is not the best.
“We need a proper break. This is not the beginning of next year, this is just the end of this season. After just three weeks here I think we can take positives. We will take lessons from today.”
PSG will now take on Chelsea in Sunday’s Club World Cup final, once again at the MetLife Stadium.
The Blues booked their place in the showpiece occasion by beating Brazilian side Fluminense on Tuesday.
