Just because celebrities have a lot of resources at their fingertips doesn't mean that don't put int eh work when it comes their own health journeys. Country icon Jo Dee Messina is living proof.
The queen of '90s country recently showed off her two years of hard work by lifting some pretty dense weights while making an honest confession about what it took to be able to do it.
