MIDDLESEX, N.Y. – A Rushville man faced charges after an early morning crash on State Route 364 in Middlesex, Yates County.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reported that Albert Carmichael hit a deer just after 3 a.m. His car overturned multiple times.
Fire crews extricated the 69-year-old, and he was taken to Strong Hospital.
Carmichael was charged with speeding and consumption or possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, officials said.
