Mr. Baxter Key III, age 61 of Carthage, died Sunday afternoon, July 6 at Smith County Health and Rehab. He is survived by: sister, Valerie Cowan of LaVergne; niece, Mary Catherine Pernell and husband Brandon of Atlanta, Georgia; fur nephew, Tobie Pernell and many beloved cats.
Mr. Key will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services. On Saturday, July12 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM there will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the Carthage United Methodist Church Christian Life Center. Interment in the Ridgewood Cemetery in Carthage at a later date.
