Mendocino County Jail bookings: Tuesday, July 8, 2025

SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Justice H. Adams, 22, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    VANDALISM: Deborah L. Anderson, 53, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of felony vandalism, misdemeanor battery and violating her probation. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.

    BATTERY: Michael S. Campbell, 41, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of using tear gas as a weapon and battery causing serious injury. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    GRAND THEFT: Nathan H. Casady, 47, of New Mexico, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of grand theft, vehicle theft, possession of marijuana for sale and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

    VANDALISM: Daric M. Pardo, 38, of Covelo, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of felony vandalism and violating his parole. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Andrew J. Raymond, 39, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 29 on suspicion of domestic violence and willful cruelty to a child. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

    CONSPIRACY: Luis A. Alvarado Novoa, 22, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 30 on suspicion of conspiracy, selling/transporting marijuana, driving with a suspended license and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

    CONSPIRACY: Rodolfo Ceja III, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail June 30 on suspicion of conspiracy, selling/transporting marijuana, driving with a suspended license and violating his county parole. He was arrested by the UPD.

    BURGLARY: Shaun P. Chester, 43, of Willits, was booked at county jail June 30 on suspicion of burglary and vandalism. He was arrested by the WPD.

    ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA: Jose M. Fernandez, 68, of Upper Lake, was booked at county jail June 30 on suspicion of illegal cultivation of marijuana and water diversion, and possessing marijuana for sale. He was arrested by the UPD.

    DUI: Jasmeet Singh, 26, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail June 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Patsy L. Moore, 55, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail July 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI. She was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Casey M. Prince, 45, of Fairfax, was booked at county jail July 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the CHP.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Johnnie H. Radford, 51, of Oakland, was booked at county jail July 1 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, destroying evidence, resisting and violating his parole. He was arrested by the UPD.

    DUI: Abraham L. Rodriguez, 55, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail July 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Kevin S. Bender, 52, of Stockton, was booked at county jail July 2 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Fabian Chavez Zamudio, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail July 2 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.

    Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty.
