Singer Barbra Streisand shared a heartfelt update with fans on July 8 as she celebrated a furry new family member.
The "Evergreen" singer took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of herself with her son Jason Gould, whom she shares with the late Elliott Gould, and his new dog. She wrote in the caption, "The secret of life is…feeling love for your child…and his new furry friend. #thesecretoflife," connecting the sweet post to her new album, The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume Two, that came out on June 27.

In the photo, Streisand looked happy, smiling brightly as she cuddled with the puppy while her son sat beside her.
