SYRACUSE, N.Y. — IKEA has announced they will be opening a store in Syracuse, the first IKEA in Upstate New York.
Set to open this fall, the store is a nearly 70,000 square-foot space that has more than 3,000 products, such as home furnishing accessories and small furniture items. Larger items such as sofas and beds can be ordered online and picked up at the store for free.
This new IKEA will also have a planning area where customers can design and order home furnishing solutions with help from an IKEA team member. Customers also will be able to purchase a variety of foods such as meatballs, plant balls, hot dogs, veggie dogs, plant dogs, cinnamon buns, and more.
