Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador may be in hot water once again amid her probation for driving under the influence.
Back in May, Beador was allegedly pulled over by police for "operating a handheld wireless telephone or electronic wireless communication device" while driving, according to court records obtained by Us Weekly.
Despite the violation, Beador was cited and released. She is subject to a $20 fine as a first time offender, which must be paid by later this month. As it is not a moving violation, it will not add any points to her record.

The traffic violation comes almost two years after she was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run. Back in 2023, Beador was taken into custody after she allegedly clipped a Newport Beach, Calif. home with her car and then drove off. She had her pet dog in the back seat.
Beador, who was injured in the crash, was cited and released from jail the next morning after posting $2,500 bail.
"She is extremely apologetic and remorseful," her lawyer, Mike Fell, told Page Six back in 2023. “We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”
She was later sentenced to three years of probation and 40 hours of community service. Beador was additionally mandated to complete a nine-month alcohol program and pay for the damage she did to the home where she crashed.
Although the incident was not captured by Bravo's cameras, it did become a central plot point to Season 18 of RHOC.
As of now, it's not clear if Beador's recent encounter with police will be discussed on any upcoming episodes of the reality show.
