Longtime Dancing With the Stars pro Jenna Johnson had an emotional weekend.
While she and her husband Val Chmerkovskiy were in Las Vegas for a convention and dance competition, Johnson received a hurtful message about her son, Rome. She shared the message on her Instagram Stories for all to see and many of her fans sent her love and support, which brought her to tears.
"You guys. Thank you. I honestly cried reading ALL your messages. My heart really hurt yesterday at how vile and mean some people can be, but once again I was shown just how much this little community of mine on here can also show up. You gave me the love, support, and kindness that I believe in," Johnson wrote on her Instagram Stories."Let's remember that we are all humans, navigating life the best we can! I promise to try and only spread positivity and light on my feed and I hope you feel inspired to do the sameBut seriously, thank you for having my back and making me feel seen. So grateful to each of you," she added.
The initial message sent to Johnson was from a social media user who told her that her son, 2, was too old for a bottle.
"Way too old for this fat retard to have a bottle," the DM read.

The comment was very upsetting to Johnson and she expressed such on her Instagram Stories. However, Johnson's faith in humanity appears to have been restored thanks to her adoring fans.
