Former world No1 Roddick has mixed memories of SW19, having reached the Wimbledon final on three separate occasions but never won it.

But he will have been relieved to know that there was no pressure on him to get over the line from the stands as he watched on alongside mode and actress wife Brooklyn.

The pair enjoyed a spot in the Royal Box at Center Court on Saturday to watch Jannik Sinner beat Pedro Martinez in straight sets.

Fans of the high-profile couple couldn’t help but gush that “they look so good” returning to the spotlight.

On social media, one wrote: “This is special because you know how much it means for Andy just to be there”.

While another added: “King and Queen”.

And a third posted: “Great to see them both at Wimbledon today!”

Roddick and Brooklyn have been married since 2009 and now share two children together, a nine-year-old son named hank and a seven-year-old daughter called Stevie.

Roddick, who remains the last American to win a Slam thanks to his 2003 US Open success, lost all three of his final appearances at Wimbledon to the formidable Roger Federer.

He previously opened up on how he would look back on his career differently had he turned the tide in just one of those matches, particularly his 2009 defeat.

Speaking to PEOPLE, he said: “I would’ve been happier, have no regrets.

“I’m not greedy like the rest of these guys, like Rafa [Nadal] and Roger. And Novak [Djokovic]. I only wanted one more.

“If I could have won two more points at Wimbledon, I think I would think backwards a lot less.”
